^^Those sound good - are they savory?

We had some bananas that were looking pretty spotty so I made banana-blueberry-oat muffins. Really yummy!

Not actually baking yet, but rising - I’m attempting sourdough burger buns. They’ll be ready tomorrow in time for dinner, I hope they turn out good!

Herbie - the nice thing about those muffins is that they'd work either way, sweet or savory. The lemon isn't so overwhelming, so they'd be fine with your chili, but it adds enough brightness that they work well with jam and butter as well.

^^ That sounds awesome - I love versatile recipes like that!

Here are my sourdough burger buns. Not perfect, but really good for a first attempt! I was quite pleased.
