When did you first cross-dress? Do you remember?
Around age 12. Then due to family expectations of what it was to be a male adult (thanks, Grandpa, btw your gender role indoctrination BS didn't work) I put it away and denied who I was from age 19 until age 38. Tried to deny it again when those feelings started coming back then realized it was 2012 and we had the internet, which we did not have in 1993. Went out publicly as a woman for the first time in January of 2014 and realized I need to transition in May of 2018. Started taking estrogen in July and I will be changing my name and living full time as a woman in June of this year.

She is not. We're working through that.

OK.

Also, in regards to your previous comment, just how much more difficult are penises to remove relative to testicles? I mean, I know that SRS is more expensive than an orchiectomy is, but is it also a much more difficult surgery to do?

Much more so, yes. I don't know all the details but it is much more invasive and involved.

OK.

Also, I strongly hope that you and your wife are able to successfully deal with your transition. After all, it would be a shame if she could only maintain her attraction to you by viewing you as a man. :(

In addition, as a side note, I just shaved everywhere on my body other than my legs (I would have done my legs too, but it was too much work). I feel great! :) I always get a feeling of euphoria whenever I remove my body hair and facial hair. :)
