Awww, thanks guys! I was very happy with that. That level of competition really showed how much I have to learn, but my coach was pleased. Nutrition and tapering came in on point. I added a couple of kg to my comp total. I PR'ed my snatch, and also my clean, but missed the jerk (which was totally bad technique on my part). But all in all, fantastic experience, met some lovely ladies including one (sort of) local that I shall stay in touch with. Couldn't have asked for more.

Back to the gym next week, but for the meantime thoroughly enjoying Montreal, what a great place.

Once the weather cools off more I plan on doing more hiking and getting the bike out. It seems like the weekends have either been too damn hot, or way too rainy for the bike. I'm not looking to get covered with mud and/or slip and injure myself on the bike.

I started back at Crossfit last week and it almost killed me. Went again this morning ... if anyone has a spare body I can borrow that would be great, this one doesn't work now.

How the hell did I used to do this five days a week?
