A butterscotch hot toddy, using CarryOn’s recipe above.

^^^ How do you like it?

We had fondue tonight, so I just finished off a savoie wine that we use for that. Very good.

^I love it! This isn’t the first one I’ve had, I’ve been sipping them quite regularly ever since you posted the recipe - they’re delicious!

We also had fondue tonight (using the recipe CarryOn gave me a couple years ago). I finished off the last of a bottle of cheap Chardonnay in the fondue, so we opened a nice ehrenfelser to have with dinner, and I’m having a second glass now.

Coffee with eggnog vs milk, as I didn't have on my glasses when I pulled the container from the fridge. My parents hooked us up with stuff from Stewart's (milk, eggnog, Crumbs Along the Mohawk ice cream), and the eggnog container is silver and blue. The milk is white and blue, and I am blind without my glasses, and now have eggnog coffee. It's actually not bad.

^^I like eggnog in my coffee around the holidays. Eggnog lattes are a thing too, so eggnog in coffee is definitely acceptable!

I’m currently sipping a classic holiday cocktail - rum and eggnog. In my household growing up, this drink was always referred to as a “bodger”.

My husband will be picking up some of this local beer to have for New Year's Eve: https://www.instagram.com/cervezaltosdecantillana/

We have a lot of good craft beers in this area.

I’m currently prepping for a job interview I have on Monday, so I’m drinking copious amounts of tea.
