Husband and I watched Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings last night. I thought it was just OK, but husband absolutely hated it. He said he thought it was worse than Thor: The Dark World.

^^^ That's on our list. We watched On The Rocks, starring Rashida Jones and Bill Murray and liked that quite a bit, though.

Of course, we've been watching all manner of Christmas movies, too.

Black Widow was...not very enjoyable.

Black Widow was OK. Not good, but not awful, and I really don't care for the character's "red in her ledger" complaining. Florence Pugh really saved it from being awful.

Two Ryan Reynolds movies I suggest people avoid, Red Notice and Free Guy, both woeful. In fact just avoid anything with Ryan Reynolds unless it's Deadpool.

Finch was OK, a pleasant enough little film

Haven't watched Free Guy yet but I have disagree about Red Notice. We enjoyed it.

^^^ ...and I'd have to disagree about Deadpool, which we both found abysmal.

Wot! Deadpool was great! Ryan Reynolds was made for that role. Of course, now that the franchise is owned by Disney they'll probably make Deadpool 3 PG-13 and screw everything up.

Oh heck, that's on my watch list too. It seems like post Avengers things have taken a nose-dive, I've read The Eternals is rubbish too...maybe I should have been rooting for Thanos!

Finally watched a movie I thoroughly enjoyed "Christmas Story" (no, not that other one, which I've never seen), which is a Finnish movie about how an orphaned boy grows up to become Santa.

The scenery/cinematography is excellent, really beautiful country.
